Daphne Faldi
President

Daphne is a long-time educator, most recently as Director of Admissions at Shore Country Day School, in Beverly, MA.  She competed at the Division 1 level at Harvard University, captaining both the women’s lacrosse and field hockey teams, and earning her BS Degree in Anthropology. Daphne has coached high school and middle school girls lacrosse for over 15 years. While still a college athlete, Daphne lost her closest friend, a lacrosse player at Dartmouth, to suicide. She has devoted her life’s work to helping student athletes and their families with mental health and college counseling support.

Russ Cooke
Founder & Visionary

 

Russ graduated from UMass Amherst with a BS in Economics, where he played varsity football and signed a 3 year contract with the NY Jets. A series of concussions cut Russ’s pro football career short. He went on to manage Boston Coach (a former Fidelity Investments Company) as CEO for 22 years. Boston Coach was named Company of the year from LTC Magazine three times, and Russ earned the award by Business Travel News in 20023 as “25 Most influential Executives”. Russ brings an extreme level of passion to the team wanting to help students succeed in life. Read our founder’s story here 

Phoebe Day
Director, Student Athlete Ambassador Impact Team

Phoebe is a Boston College undegraduate candidate, class of 2023. She played on the BC Eagle’s Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse team,  and will graduate with a degree in Psychology. Phoebe is dedicated to helping ahtletes with their mental health challenges, and is nDUR’s inaugural Director of the Student Athlete Impact Team, where she is taking on the role of liaison as the company’s direct line of communication and understanding the needs of the student athlete. You will see Phoebe on campus, working with ahtletes, spearheading our campus events, and helping to build the community to support all of the schools in the nDUR Community.

Alexis Fortune
Director, Student Athlete Engagement 

Alexis is a recent graduate of Babson College where she earned her BS Degree in Business and Entrepeneurship. She played on the Babson  Women’s Soccer team, and was also a member of Trinidad’s National Team. In her role as our Director of Student Athlete Engagement, she will be leveraging her experience in brand and consumer marketing, UGC, social media, NIL, digital strategy and  consumer insights. Alexis is extremely passionate when it comes to helping athletes with mental health and wellness, and has a very personal connection to the company’s mission.

 

Rob Feldman
Co-Founder
Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer

With 30+ years of entrepreneurship and product development expertise in the higher education sector, Rob leads the Ci team on its mission to deliver a best-in-class digital experiences for NCAA student athletes. Rob is a graduate of Babson College with a BS Degree in Business Management, Finance & Investments. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Boston English High School, and their CTE Business and Technology program. As a former NCAA Athlete he understands the rigors of balancing academic and on-the-field challenges, and brings that insight to the innovative solutions developed by the company.

 

Ginger Comstock
Director of Mental Health Support

Ginger is a passionate mental health professional who loves helping people reach their full potential, whether in athletics or more general life goals. She focuses on helping people troubleshoot and overcome obstacles with grit and determination. She loves helping young adult athletes achieve their best. Ginger is a graduate of Colby College and also holds her Master’s degree in Sports Psychology.

Bob Wagner
EVP, College & University Partnerships

Bob has spent 25 years in higher education enrollment management, and college counseling. He is the former Associate Dean of Admissions for the MBA Program at Babson College. and holds a BS Degree from Elon University, and a Master’s in Education, Counseling, from Northeastern University. He began his career at University of Rhode Island where he ran Division 1 Track, and is now an avid and competitive cyclist.

 

Dave Jackson
Chief Technology Officer

Dave is an information technology expert who designs, manages, implements our scalable, agile and secure technology platforms. He is an innovative Information Technology leader and expert in data security & compliance, virtualization, cloud integration and project management. Dave is a graduate of Westfield State University, and a United States Navy veteran, having served as a system engineer in the Gulf War on the USS Philippine Sea CG-58.

 

Max Lane
Athletic Advisor – NFL Alumni

Max was recruited to play football at the United States Naval Academy, and was then drafted by the New England Patriots, playing a key role on the offensive line for 9 years. As a former NCAA and professional athlete, Max is passionate about helping student athletes, and brings his lifetime of athletic experiences and coaching to the Ci team. His son currently plays football for the College of the Holy Cross.
